Conference Park

Lucas House

Lucas House is the main building on the Conference Park. It contains the newly refurbished 24 hour Reception Desk where you will find our checking in and out procedures are fast and problem free.

On the first floor there are two meeting rooms the Edgbaston seats up to 85 delegates and the Harborne up to 30 delegates. The main dining room seats up to 60 people and is connected to a private dining room, which seats a further 25. The Lounge where delegates can unwind is also available as an informal meeting room. A lift serves lower-ground, ground and first floors. A Bar area with terrace is also available to guests. This building also offers full disabled access.

Peter Scott House

Peter Scott House was built in 1989 purpose built for the Conference Park. It comprises of one main conference room seating up to 50 delegates and 4 syndicate rooms. All face north or east, have pleasant outlooks and are air-conditioned. The large well lit foyer is an ideal location for receptions and buffets. There are 35 en suite bedrooms including accommodation for the disabled and a mini health suite with a sauna, solarium, exercise and weight room.

Hornton Grange

One of the most impressive builds within the Conference Park, is the Edwardian style gentleman’s residence standings in its own attractive and peaceful grounds dating back to the1930’s.

Many of the original features are still within the house, with its impressive oak panelled entrance hall with wide staircase, ornate ceilings and open log fires. Five well proportioned meeting rooms of character can accommodate between 10 and 60 people and there are 4 syndicate rooms, seating between 10 and 15 delegates.

The Conservatory Dining room where food to excite the discerning palate can be enjoyed and savoured in style is a perfect venue for any meal and at the end of a busy day enjoy a drink or two in the Oak Room Bar.

Garth House

Garth House is an elegant ‘country house’ building dating from 1901 and built by W. H. Bidlake. The Birmingham Architect was responsible for many fine houses and churches within Birmingham. Care has been taken to retain most of the original features of the house. There are 9 en suite bedrooms, two meeting rooms, each accommodating up to 30 delegates, three syndicate rooms and a comfortable lounge.

Wast Hills House

Hill House

Wast Hills offers year round training and conference facilities.

A country style residential and non residential Conference Centre commanding fine views of the Worcestershire countryside situated on the edge of Birmingham, formerly the residence of the late William Adlington Cadbury and family.

There are four conference rooms of varying sizes comfortably seating from 15 –55 delegates with an additional four syndicate rooms for up to 8. All meeting rooms are equipped with a full range of audio–visual equipment.

We believe that the success of a Conference Centre depends as much on the excellence of its catering as on the quality of meeting rooms or residential facilities.

In total Wast Hills House provides 39 single study bedrooms. A third have en suite facilities, seven rooms have showers and all the other rooms have wash hand basins and there is ample provision of toilets and showers.
