JOHN CHARLES STAND
The Banqueting Suite on the first floor of the John Charles Stand is our second largest room and our most popular. With a full size area of 468 square metres, the Banqueting Suite can be partitioned to create two areas and lends itself to a variety of events, business and social. The room has natural daylight, air conditioning, and no pillars. In addition there is a dance floor and a fully equipped bar. The room also boasts fully integrated audio visual equipment: there is a PA System with all types of microphone available, a Data Projector with the choice of two screens, telephone and isdn lines, staging and lectern; in order to create a totally focused business environment or to complete the finishing touches to your evening event.
In the foyer there is a cloakroom facility, toilets and a lift for access from the ground floor making this a suitable venue for all. The surrounding rooms can be utilised for breakouts or as welcoming areas before moving on to the Banqueting Suite for the main event.
The Presidents’ Suite is a luxuriously appointed room and is perfect for a whole range of events. The room boasts an integral bar making it a perfect facility for all receptions, private dinners and small civil ceremonies. It also has plenty of natural daylight, air conditioning, telephone access, and can accommodate comfortably 40 delegates for a presentation.
The Premier Lounge is suitable for both business and social events and is especially suited for any family occasions including birthdays, weddings and christenings. The Premier Lounge is a fully contained Suite with its own integral bar, air conditioning, telephone and ground floor access with car parking close by making this a popular choice for small exhibitions and business presentations.
The Jack Charlton Suite on the ground floor is highly attractive because of its great flexibility, proving to be an extremely popular choice for both business and social events. It is ideal for small exhibitions and training seminars and is equally excellent for dinners and celebrations.
The Bremner Suite is on the ground floor of the John Charles Stand making it a popular choice with exhibitors. Although, the flexibility the room offers meets the needs of many business and social requirements, The room has plenty of natural daylight, air conditioning, in built audiovisual equipment and is on split-levels with a total square area of 362 metres, this gives a natural business area on the lower level, while the upper level can be used for reception in addition to providing an area for networking and refreshments.
The 100 Club on the first floor of the John Charles Stand is situated close to the Directors Box, both of which are licensed for civil ceremonies. It has several booths and an integral bar, which makes it a perfect setting for hospitality receptions. It is equally useful for small seminars and training events of up to 60 people.
The prestigious Leeds United Boardroom can be used separately or in conjunction with the adjoining White Rose Room. The Boardroom’s trophy cabinet provides an insight into the Club’s history, although a full tour of the stadium can be incorporated into your event. The room has air conditioning, telephone access and natural daylight, and is licensed for civil ceremonies.
LOWFIELDS ROAD
The Conference & Exhibition Centre is perfect for a whole range of events, with no pillars and ground floor access including a roller shutter, this floor space is ideal for large conferences of up to 800 delegates and dinners for 750 with the added touch of the star cloth ceiling. With in built audiovisual equipment, two Data Projectors and screens, isdn line, telephone lines, 3 phase power the room is fully equipped.
EAST STAND
The East Stand has dedicated access from the main reception with ample car parking directly outside. There is a communal restaurant area, individual boxes and a dedicated Conference Suite. They are of varying sizes and all are used regularly for small meetings, training sessions, interviews and private lunches. The Conference Suite can hold up to 90 people in theatre seating and in addition to the main area there are adjoining boxes for syndicate rooms.
