Conference Facilities
Main Conference Room
Furnished with comfortable seats for up to 170 people (theatre style). Equipped with public address system, with tape and CD facility and hearing aid loop, electric piano, OHP/screen, flip charts, TV, video and PowerPoint projector.
Blue Room
Overlooking the beautiful Hothorpe Hills, the Blue Room offers seating for up to 60 people and has an adjoining comfortable lounge. Equipment includes OHP/screen, flip charts and piano.
Green Room
Originally, the Hall's dining room - now a beautifully fitted meeting room for up to 30 people, with OHP/screen and white board.
Bathurst and Cook suites
Executive conference rooms. The Bathurst can accommodate up to 20 delegates boardroom style. The Cook suite can accommodate up to 25 delegates theatre style. Equipped with air conditioning, OHP/screen, flip charts, paper/pencils, white board and ISDN lines for internet.
TV Lounge
Relaxed lounge seating for up to 12 people, with TV/video or board-room style for 8 people.
Morning Room
In the setting of a library our Morning Room is available to use as a conference room with 20 seats set out in board room style. This can be adjusted to suit your needs. The room is equipped with flip chart, OHP, white board and ISDN line for internet.
Chapel
This beautiful Baroque style chapel was built in the 1890s for the family of the Hall. Now tastefully redecorated and carpetted it provides a meeting facility for up to 35 people.
Hothorpe Bar
Our licensees are Nicola Firth (Operations Director), Shelia Dunning (Director) and Bryan Pawley (Head Chef).
Round Room
Comfortable relaxed informal style seating for up to 15 people, with TV/video.
Craft Room
A further meeting rooms for up to 15 people.
