Welcome to ExCeL London, the international exhibition and conference centre, home to a vast range of events throughout the year, from internationally acclaimed travel trade exhibitions to high octane sporting events for all the family, as well as product launches, conferences and corporate hospitality functions.

The ExCeL London campus complements each event, offering a whole host of bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and hotels to make your visit to our venue fun, relaxed and enjoyable.

Auditorium-Our Event Halls provide the perfect space and flexibility within which to build auditoria.

Exhibition and hospitality areas can be configured adjacent to your auditorium, whilst the close proximity of the Platinum Suite and Waterfront and Cityside rooms provide the ideal space for additional syndicate rooms

Platinum

Platinum Suite-From its own impressive foyer and lounge through to its secure, acoustically sealed rooms, the Platinum Suite is designed for 400 to 1,100 delegate combinations.

The Platinum Suite provides instant scale, prestige and credibility to any event and is suitable for conferences, hospitality, receptions and even small exhibitions.

Banqueting Hall-Ideal for gala dinners, parties and award ceremonies, our Event Halls can be transformed into a stunning, themed extravaganza.

You can choose a 'space only' option and create a bespoke event to your exact specifications, or we can provide additional options to include carpeting, staging, furnishings and drapes.

Event Halls-Our multi-purpose Exhibition/Event Halls - South and North - provide the freedom and flexibility to create high quality, bespoke environments for exhibitions, conferences, product launches, gala dinners, concerts and special events.

Our Halls also offer the ideal space for us to install a high-spec, semi-permanent Auditorium and attractive Banqueting facility, which can be part customised to your particular requirements.

You also have the flexibility of running parallel events in the Halls, so for example, you can run a conference alongside an exhibition with easy access to plenty of additional syndicate rooms.

Meeting

Meeting Rooms-For smaller, intimate meeting and private dining space, our 29 Waterfront and 16 Cityside Rooms benefit from natural daylight and access to balconies. What's more, they are in a peaceful setting so ideal for training seminars

These rooms are offered as single (up to 90 theatre style) or double rooms (up to 200 theatre style) and there is also the possibility of booking a Suite comprising two adjacent double rooms. These flexible combinations mean that you can run your meeting alongside a lunch area, with additional rooms available for registration and syndicates.

For VIP occasions, our Waterfront Premier Room comes highly recommended, with a panoramic 180 view out over the historic dockside and Canary Wharf.
