INTRODUCTION
Culham Science Centre is one of the UK’s most prestigious research centres with a strong focus upon cutting-edge science and technology businesses.
The site is owned and operated by the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and is the home of the UK’s fusion research programme and the world’s largest fusion experimental facility, JET (Joint European Torus).
Covering some eighty hectares of green belt, we are situated in beautiful rural Oxfordshire, offering a pleasant working environment easily accessible through an excellent road and rail infrastructure.
In addition, Culham also plays host to a wide range of tenant organisations who recognise the value of having their business base at Culham. Our amenities and growing business community contribute towards a positive but relaxed campus atmosphere. We are pleased to be able to offer specific packages to small burgeoning companies who are just starting out in this business sector through the Culham Innovation Centre.
