INTRODUCTION
The Chase Hotel is well suited for a range of event needs. Whether you are looking to host a private function, business meeting, team building conference, trade show, fashion show the options are endless.
Set in 11 acres of grounds with two natural ponds. This provides an exemplary venue for all those outdoor pursuits or team building events.
With a range of five meeting rooms capable of hosting from 2 to 300 delegates each room can be set up with up to date audio visual and presentation equipment on request.
The Chase is Broadband Wi Fi enabled allowing for easy wireless Internet access from a number of hot spots throughout the hotel.
ROOMS
THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom is an ideal location for board meetings. This room is purpose designed for the modern conference delegate with clean uncomplicated wooden tabling, Italian leather eight hour chairs and Air conditioning. The boardroom has an adjacent syndicate room and en-suite cloakroom.
The Boardroom is situated on the first floor of the hotel and can seat up to 22 delegates.
THE SEVERN ROOM
The Severn Room is situated on the first floor of the hotel adjacent to the boardroom this room has been similarly furnished to the standard of the Boardroom. This can accommodated up to 14 delegates U shape.
THE GARDEN ROOM
Situated on the ground floor this room has a wall on natural day light with a panoramic view over the grounds. It is light and airy with its own entrance from the main hotel and own private cloakrooms. Many team building organiser prefer this venue for its easy access and direct access onto the grounds.
This room can accommodate u to 34 delegates boardroom style or 100 delegates theatre style.
THE OAK SUITE
Situated on the ground floor next to the Garden Room This is the largest room at the Chase. This room also has a large expanse of natural day light with three large opening double doors giving direct access out into the gardens, or access into the venue for large displays or vehicular access. This room can be used for a multitude of purposes and can also be split down into two small meeting venues. The lawned area in front of the Oak Suite can be used to house a Marquee to further increase the size of the venue for a trade shows or other business needs. The whole room can hold up to 300 delegates theatre style.
